Refund policy

Since all our pieces are MADE TO ORDER, returns will not be accepted unless you receive our jewelry DAMAGED. In case of damage, a new piece will be made and shipped in two weeks of time once the damaged piece is returned back to us. The shipping cost of returns will be taken care by us.
No Exchange for a different piece will be accepted during this process.
